Dr. Josephine Muir

PhD, GAICD

CEO of Noisy Guts

Josephine Muir, PhD, GAICD is the Chief Executive Officer & co-founder of Noisy Guts - an award-winning gut health company on a mission to improve gut health.

 

In 2019, Josephine lead Noisy Guts from spin-out to start-up, extracting intellectual property from The University of Western Australia. Noisy Guts has recently launched its first consumer product range - Superflora gut-friendly protein, fibre and probiotic powders.

 

Prior to Noisy Guts, Josephine was the Associate Director of Professor Barry Marshall’s Research Centre for Infectious Diseases. She has held senior executive roles in the not-for-profit sector and provided high-level qualitative market research to help corporates, political parties and government clients make better decisions.

Ele Stojanoska

BHSc (Nut), MDiet (APD), PhD Candidate

Director of Dietetic Gut Clinic

Ele is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in providing evidence-based care to patients affected by gastrointestinal conditions. She runs the Dietetic Gut Clinic, a Perth based private practice with special focus on diet and gut health and disease.

 

Ele is a PhD Candidate at Edith Cowan University exploring the role of diet and microbiome in gastrointestinal health and disease. Ele has undergone additional training via Monash University on the provision of the Low FODMAP diet for IBS. Ele is passionate about using a whole food approach to help people achieve their health and wellness goals.

Shaynie Ashkenazi

BSc. (Biochem & Physiol), MHumNutr. (ANutr.)

Founding Director of FodShop

Shaynie Ashkenazi is an Associate Nutritionist Registered with the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA). She has a Bachelor of Science BSc. (Biochemistry & Physiology), a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition MHumHutr., and she has undertaken a Master of Dietetic Practise.


Shaynie’s passion to make ‘difficult-to-access’ low FODMAP gut friendly food products available to IBS sufferers across the country and beyond, has been a driving force behind her founding of FodShop.
