Meet Our Speakers:

Ellie Anderson

APD, Bsc Nutrition Science, Masters in Dietetics

Dietitian at Mind Gut Clinic

Ellie Anderson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with clinical experience in Private Practice settings in metropolitan Melbourne. 
 
Ellie completed her Bachelor of Nutrition Science and her Master of Dietetics at Monash University using her vast experience, she provides nutritional assessment and care to support her patients with a wide range of conditions including Eating Disorders, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Ellie also works in research exploring the efficacy of app-delivered gut-directed hypnotherapy. 
 
Ellie has a keen interest in the effect that gastrointestinal conditions, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Coeliac Disease, have on contributing to the development of disordered eating behaviours. She is passionate about supporting these patients to work through these challenges and feel confident in enjoying food. 
 
Ellie sees children, adolescents and adults at the Mind + Gut Clinic in St Kilda East, Victoria.

Lisa Kunstler

Lisa Kunstler completed a Bachelor in Nutrition Sciences at Deakin University and is currently studying a Masters in Dietetics. She has also completed her Certificate III and IV in Personal Training and Group Fitness at Australian Fitness Academy. Lisa currently works as a nutritionist and marketing manager at FodShop. She loves her role in improving the quality of life of IBS sufferers across Australia and worldwide.
